 Famous pizza and taproom celebrates the season with backyard barbecue vibes and icy brews 

HOUSTON (June 11, 2025) — Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom is welcoming the warmer months with its bold and saucy Red, White & BBQ menu and new Summer Beer Tour, available June 11 through Aug. 10. These limited-time offerings highlight the flavors of classic American barbecue with a twist — alongside a refreshing lineup of seasonal beers and crowd-pleasing new dishes.

The limited-time Red, White & BBQ menu includes:

  • BBQ Chicken Pizza – Creamy barbecue sauce, mozzarella, roasted chicken and tangy pickled red onions, all layered on the guest’s choice of crust — a smoky-sweet summer standout.
  • BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger – A juicy burger glazed with signature barbecue sauce, stacked with melted American cheese and crisp peppered bacon.
  • Crispy Cowboy Chicken Sandwich – Grilled chicken breast layered with American cheese, golden onion rings, barbecue sauce, tomato and lettuce — a crunchy, savory bite in every mouthful.
  • Brookie – A rich dessert featuring a scratch-made cookie baked atop a triple chocolate brownie, finished with caramel, hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry on top.

Old Chicago is also debuting the Amped Watermelon Margarita, a refreshing cocktail made with Milagro Silver Tequila, Watermelon Red Bull and fresh lime juice, served over ice with a salted rim — sweet, tangy and built to energize.

Alongside the new menu items, guests are invited to embark on Old Chicago’s Summer Beer Tour, featuring a curated selection of refreshing seasonal brews. The lineup includes Dogfish Head Grateful Dead Juicy Pale Ale, Kona Big Wave, Golden Road Mango Cart, Bravazzi Blood Orange (CO) and up to six rotating local craft beers per location. Guests who complete the tour will be rewarded with an exclusive Summer Beer Tour T-shirt to celebrate their milestone.

Additionally, guests can continue to enjoy Old Chicago’s Three-Fer offer for $10.99, where they can mix and match a salad, entrée and dessert. Entrees include the Taproom Cheeseburger, two-topping pizzas and more, with an option to upgrade to the new BBQ Chicken Pizza for just $2 extra.
