Love Beer and Pizza? Why Don't You Work Here?
WHO WE ARE

As the Craft Beer Authority, Old Chicago is a place for everyone to experience the best the craft beer world has to offer. From the aspirational craft beer drinker, to the craft beer enthusiast, we commit to take every guest through their ‘Craft Beer Journey’. With handcrafted pizza and our distinctive Taproom Fare, you can always discover something unique. All of this helps craft the perfect guest experience, but the most important ingredient: YOU!!!

You are truly the key to our future success. We want you to become a part of our great team. We chose a fairly unique way of expressing this – not from stories from corporate, not from something you read in a book, but from stories from our valued team members. They will tell you their stories of the Touchstones and will make sure you understand the values we choose to abide by.

If all of us follow the Touchstones, we really can deliver perfectly crafted experiences every time! (And even do it while having fun!)

Learn from the stories, follow where they lead, and soon you will have stories to tell others. See our open positions here.

We’ve opened more than 10 new Old Chicago locations in the last two years, in eight new markets! Our plans beyond 2016 include continued new restaurant growth in existing markets/regions, as well as new and exciting markets targeting double-digit unit growth for the next five years.

CULTURE

Like other unique brands in the Craftworks family, Old Chicago contributes to the overall diversity, creativity and success of our company. While each brand has its own look, feel, style and identity, they all work to satisfy the same mission. Our Mission: Deliver perfectly crafted experiences every time. Create value & profitability to enable growth.

That means anyone that walks through any of our doors, regulars or first-timers, locals or out-of-towners, hop-sniffing connoisseurs or craft beer newbies, those guests get world class hospitality and top-notch customer service every single time. It's not only our way of saying "thank you" to our guests, but also our way of celebrating the professionalism of our team members and adding value to our communities.

Consistent hospitality and service are at the core of what we do, but we know a great restaurant experience requires great food and drinks. That means we start with the best ingredients, then create satisfying, surprising, delicious food and drink in each of our restaurants. We deliver crafted food and drink to every guest in our restaurants each and every time they come through our doors, always with great hospitality and peerless customer service.

The goal of both our Mission and our Purpose are to create an energy, atmosphere and experience for our guests that is so engaging, they have to come back again, hopefully with new friends.

Out of gratitude for being able to pursue our goals and mission, we give back to our communities via our company's philanthropic division, the CraftWorks Foundation. Our Team Members engage in the service of the community inside and outside the four walls of the restaurant.

We believe that charity begins at home which means caring for our own team members in times of crisis and financial empowerment through our H.O.P.E. Fund (Helping Our People Every Day). Creating a "caring for each other" culture by being a resource for our team members for financial and other 1:1 support services in times of crisis and struggle is of paramount importance. This program is primarily funded by our restaurant teammates who voluntarily donate a portion of each pay check to the fund. Since the inception of the program, over $1 million has been granted, helping more than 900 teammates in need.
