We want to communicate with you! Without your contact information we can not tell you about special events, WBT modifications, or send your birthday card. If your World Beer Tour card is not registered with at least your name and address or email then prizes will be placed on hold beginning with the 25th beer until the card is registered! But don’t worry, you will receive your prize the visit after your card is registered (please allow one day for processing). Go to www.oldchicago.com/wbt to register your World Beer Tour card.

General Rules

The Old Chicago World Foam and Food Tour / World Beer Tour card is not a credit card and has no cash value. By accepting receipt of the Old Chicago World Beer Tour card issued by Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc. (Which includes Old Chicago and all subsidiaries and affiliates thereof-hereafter “RBR, Inc.”) for use of the person named thereon, “Cardholder” agrees as follows:

This program is for individual customers only, cards can not be shared. Points will not be credited to business entities. Certain restrictions apply.
Cardholder must be 21 years of age or older.
Cardholder shall be bound by all the conditions and terms of the World Foam and Food Tour (hereafter noted as WFFT) contained herein, on the awards program and all applicable laws.
Interpretations of all WFFT terms and conditions will be at the sole discretion of RBR, Inc. Any state or federal tax liabilities shall be the sole responsibility of cardholder.
Members shall be entitled to points only upon presentation of their “Active” tour card during their visit
Points will be credited to the Cardholder’s account whereby one (1) point will be attained for every dollar spent rounded to the nearest dollar at $.50 mark. All points are exclusive of tax and gratuity and will be credited to cardholders account.
Points are not awarded for coupon, discount, comp, script, gift card, tax, gratuity or foamer bucks purchases.
Points are not awarded past 100 for cards with incomplete profiles.
Point accrual limit is 1000.
WFFT cards, membership and accrued points do not constitute property of the cardholder. Points are not transferable and may only be redeemed by cardholder with valid profile.
Foamer Bucks may be redeemed for food only at participating Old Chicago restaurants and are not good for tax or gratuity and may not be redeemed for cash.
Membership is only valid for those cardholders with activity within nine (9) months (270 days) of last use. Non-activity over nine months will result in the loss of membership and accrued points.
Fraudulent, illegal or unauthorized use of the WFFT card or any activity inconsistent with the program conditions and terms will result in termination of the cardholders membership and forfeiture of any accrued points.
RBR, Inc. reserves the right to modify program conditions, terms or awards structure, or to terminate the program at any time without advanced notice.
RBR, Inc. Can not be held responsible for any interpretations by it’s employees of program procedure, conditions, terms or rewards. In the event of a conflict, the most recent WFFT program notifications shall prevail

Multiple Cards / Combining Cards

WBT members may have only one active account. That’s one World Beer Tour card only.
Duplicates will not be carried over when combining cards.
Once a card is replaced or combined, the old card becomes “Disabled” and should be destroyed.

Liability

Old Chicago is not responsible for lost, incomplete, misdirected, not received, technical, electronic or mechanical computer error of non-transmitted automatic or computer records. Although we won’t claim responsibility, we’ll sure as heck do everything we can to help you find the card or fix the information.
Prizes can not be substituted, converted to cash, assigned or transferred by winners prior to award. You earned it, you keep it…It’s that simple.
Old Chicago reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the program and redemption of prizes. Sponsor and each of its affiliates are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of participants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with the use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in program. What are Electronic Foamer Bucks?
Electronic Foamer Bucks are a value added to your World Beer Tour card when you reach a Foamer Bucks level. The Foamer Bucks are added to your WBT card the day after you reach the prize level, can be used much like an electronic gift card and expire in thirty days. Provided we have your current email address, you will be sent an email notification of the value added and when they will expire. Update your World Beer Tour profile/email address.

WBT members get credit only for beers they (the individual WBT Member) have consumed in that visit. (extra beers will not be added for extra credits)
Employees of Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. are invited to participate in the WBT, however, employees utilizing their Quality Assurance Program (QAP) cards are not eligible for prizes.
Participants must be of legal drinking age. If you’re not sure what that is…We’ll see you when you're 21.
WBT cards do not qualify as identification or proof of age. We know it’s a good looking card, but the laws of this great nation require us to see a government issued ID.
Each bottle, mug, pint or pitcher counts for one (1) validation. You only get credit for the beers you purchase…If you have three beers, the server will only credit you for those three beers.
Duplicates do not count. To complete a tour you must have 110 different beers. (members will receive credit for one of each beer on their tour.)
Cards are non-transferable (each individual is responsible for completing his/her tour.)
Prizes are subject to change. You keep touring…we’ll keep making ‘em better.

You are then entitled to have your stein filled for the price of a pint where acceptable by local laws, excluding Happy Hour pricing and special promotions.
