Every salad we serve is tossed fresh using the finest ingredients. All entrée salads are served with toasted garlic bread.

Caprese Side Salad
Fresh Mozzarella slices layered with baby spinach, ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil with Kalamata olives, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Tuscan Steak
Sliced grilled steak layered over crisp greens tossed with grilled onions and peppers, oven-roasted tomatoes, green onions, blue cheese crumbles and our house vinaigrette dressing.

Oriental Chicken
Teriyaki chicken over spiced, chilled noodles, crisp greens, carrots and red bell peppers with our house Italian and sweet chili dressing, green onions, wonton strips and toasted sesame seeds.

Oven-roasted turkey, Roma tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, sweet red pepper, red onions, crisp bacon and Pepper Jack cheese topped with homemade guacamole. Served with ranch dressing.

Old Chicago's Famous House Salad
Fresh greens with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, croutons and toasted almonds.

Antipasto Salad
Pepperoni, salami, Mozzarella and Provolone over greens tossed in Italian dressing. Garnished with tomato, green onions, pepperoncinis, black olives and Parmesan cheese.
